Dress Code: Festive Cocktail Party Attire

Enjoy an evening filled with food, music, and merriment! Join us for appetizers, a delicious buffet dinner, and an assortment of desserts. An open bar will be available; feel free to bring your own bottle if you prefer. High attendance expected!

Volunteers needed for shifts during the event in 2 hour blocks starting at 6:30-8:30. Last shift 10:30pm. Free entry to all volunteers, and thank you!

Menu Includes:

• Appetizers: Cheese platters, crackers, and fruit
• Dinner Buffet: Ziti with marinara, meatballs, chicken tenders, and bread
• Desserts: Assorted Italian pastries and Christmas cookies

• Members: $20 
• Non-Members: $25
• Volunteers: Free Entry on signup (2-hour shifts beginning at 6:30 PM, last shift ending at 12:30 AM) volunteer here

Absolutely no tickets may be bought at the door; you must have your ticket purchased by Dec. 3rd for entry. This ensures that enough food is prepared by caterers.

Special Request:
Please bring an unwrapped gift for homeless teens in the Tampa/St. Pete area. Gifts will be collected by the St. Petersburg Fire Department during the party.

1. No Refund Policy
All tickets, donations, and event registrations are final. No refunds will be issued after Friday, December 6, 2024, under any circumstances. By purchasing tickets or registering for events, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.

2. Liability for Actions
Log Cabin Republicans of Tampa Bay, Inc. and Log Cabin Republicans HQ (collectively referred to as "the Organization") are not responsible for any actions, behavior, or conduct of its members or participants, whether during or after any event organized by the Organization. This includes, but is not limited to, any acts that occur while a participant is under the influence of alcohol, drugs, or any intoxicating substances. By participating in any event or activity organized by the Organization, all members and guests agree to assume full responsibility for their actions and hold the Organization harmless from any liability arising from such actions.

3. Intoxication
Members and participants are expected to behave responsibly at all times. In the event of intoxication, the Organization reserves the right to take appropriate action, including but not limited to removal from events, reporting to authorities, or any other measures deemed necessary to ensure safety and order. The Organization does not assume responsibility for any consequences arising from a member's or participant's intoxication.

4. Indemnity and Hold Harmless
By participating in any event or activity hosted by Log Cabin Republicans of Tampa Bay, Inc. and Log Cabin Republicans HQ, members and guests agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Organization, its affiliates, officers, directors, and volunteers from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from their actions, including those taken while intoxicated.

5. General Terms
This disclaimer constitutes the entire agreement between the participant and the Organization regarding the terms outlined above. Should any provision be found invalid, the remainder of this disclaimer shall remain in full force and effect.
